Casa Dichosa was built about 10 years ago by local architect, Jose Enrique del Valle, known for his organic designs that flow and fit with the natural setting of each house. Dichosa is a two-bedroom hillside villa on four levels. Each level has its own unique feeling and setting to enjoy.
The first level is the “Garden Bedroom” and has a queen-sized bed, spacious “jungle” full bathroom, and shade garden patio perfect for relaxing after a hot day on the beach! Level two is the “Terrace Bedroom” with a queen-sized bed, full bath, and large outdoor terrace with loungers to enjoy a quiet moment bathing in the sun. The third level is a the large open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen – perfect for cooking with friends! On this level there is also both a garden space and a stone terrace for relaxing and dining. The rooftop palapa is on the fourth level – perfect for enjoying the wide ocean views from a hammock, or sitting with a great book and a drink. There is plenty of space for sunrise yoga — or sunset dancing. The warm and welcoming architecture is complemented by touches of home comfort and luxury: local arts and crafts, fully equipped kitchen, and luxurious linens and towels. Casa Dichosa is a “happy house” – a great base from which to explore the town and the coast, or just relax and watch the world go by. |
